What I love about working with metal is that it has a say in the design, though that means it can also sometimes show a stubborn side, but, then --- I am stubborn. I guess we were just meant for each other. Copper is always beautiful, whether shiny new or old with a heavy patina.

I live in California, but I'm a Texan through and through. My ancestors were 'Cowboys and Indians" and I grew up both!

I spent 20 something years designing homes along the Gulf Coast and in California. Now retired, but busy ... living life ... having fun ;-)

As a child, my grandmother and I trekked all over the back country in the Texas Panhandle and adjoining New Mexico. We found many treasures... most beat up from years of neglect. We found several pieces of very old jewelry, not worth much, but beautiful with patina. I think that is why I love to find unexpected rustic areas in jewelry, etc. I make just about anything I can imagine. So don't be surprised at the odd listing or three.
